This was my second time dealing with this shop and receiving great service and fair pricing. They went above and beyond as well as taking care of my State Inspection which the car wasn't in the shop for. I appreciate yall and will be back to get more work done. Thanks again.

My experiences with Lonestar Elite Automotive has been nothing but great. I took my Tundra there to get an estimate for my insurance company because my catalytic converters were stolen. My claim adjuster work with Jesse and Billy and made the process as smoothly as possible. They were honest and straightforward. They were able to get it done in a timely manner. Overall a great repair shop. I will definitely bring my other vehicles for them to service if needed.

I still have the same issue with my vehicle. We discussed possible fuel pump issues, but I left with a recommendation of changing the battery. I changed my battery the same day. A radiator hose leak was fixed...thanks much needed. I am not 100% satisfied because the fuel pump wasn't checked over the 2 day period my car was there when that was center of discussion. Three stars for continuing to have the same issue, but staff was friendly and welcoming.

Where do I begin.. I brought my truck to Lonestar Elite for a pretty difficult situation and a complex repair that even other shops had warned me was a complex fix. The difficulty of the issue was compounded by the fact that a quick fix I tried to have done at a cost effective price was done poorly and to make matters worse only ended up adding to the problem. Without typing a book Jessie and the guys at Lonestar Elite had me up and running like new at a very fair price. They communicated with me about everything during the process and gave me their honest opinion on what it would take to get it up and running again like it was before. And that's exactly what they did. I remember asking Jessie after he consulted me about my options if he thought what he was suggesting would ultimately fix my list of issues instead of just throwing money at it. He said "I trust this team, and I trust their opinion, so yes, I believe it will." And that's exactly how it all turned out! There isn't a single doubt where I will be taking my truck moving forward with ANY issues in the future, I hope and pray I never have. But if I do it's the ONLY place I will bring it. Great service! I needed an oil change and I don't trust those fast drive in drive out places anymore, y'all know the ones. Greeted warmly when I arrived, nice little waiting room with snacks and drinks. They did a thorough checkup on my car and provided me with important information as well as solutions. Highly recommend! Support local!
